Our homegrown apples are baked down and soaked for 72 hours with sugar, water, cinnamon and nutmeg. The result is our homemade apple cinnamon syrup.
Every step, from peeling to bottling is done by hand, by us. We do not use a commercial or industrial facility, and no step takes place outside our kitchen.
