Our homegrown pears are baked down and soaked for 12 hours with sugar, water, cinnamon and nutmeg. From there we hand process the softened pear mixture. It then reduces down for another 12 hours resulting in pear butter.
Every step, from peeling to canning is done by hand, by us. We do not use a commercial or industrial facility, and no step takes place outside our kitchen.
