Our homegrown tomatoes, cayenne peppers, jalapenos, onions, and garlic are baked down and soaked for 96 hours with a white vinegar, black pepper, canning salt, and a dash of oregano. The result is our homemade hot sauce.
Every step, from peeling to bottling is done by hand, by us. We do not use a commercial or industrial facility, and no step takes place outside our kitchen.
