Our homegrown tomatoes, homegrown onions, homegrown garlic, red pepper flakes, olive oil, canning salt, dash of oregano, dash of lemon juice hand squeezed (never from a bottle) and black pepper are rendered for 120 hours over stove top. We then strain and can resulting in a perfect tomato sauce for whatever your need from pasta to soup.
Every step, from peeling to bottling is done by hand, by us. We do not use a commercial or industrial facility, and no step takes place outside our kitchen.
