Our homegrown blueberries are emulsified, cooked down and then combined with sugar, hand squeezed lemon juice, and pectin which results in our homemade jam.

Every step, from slicing to batching the brine is done by hand, by us. We do not use a commercial or industrial facility, and no step takes place outside our kitchen.
